Booking System

Auckland City

Booking an appointment is as simple as picking a clinic on the desired day and selecting a time slot. For walk-in clinics, the time slot is approximate and can vary depending on the number of patients already in the queue. Appointments for normal clinics have fixed time slots, but there may be a delay if a patient before you has an unexpectedly complex issue to sort out.

Patients are encouraged to stay at home until their appointment slot approaches. When you arrive, please let us know by signing in using the QR code provided in the confirmation email or inform the reception directly. You can then wait in your car until you have been called in. There is limited seating in the reception area that is reserved for patients who are unable to wait in their cars.

Consults over the phone can be booked in the same way. Your doctor may call up early if there is an opportunity, so that you do not have to wait. If it turns out that you require an in-patient consultation at the clinic to resolve your problem, an alternative appointment will be arranged and the charge for your phone consult will be waived.

You have the option to be reminded by email and/or SMS. If you are unable to make it for your appointment, please cancel it and rebook for another time. If you are a bit early or late, do turn up as our queueing system will try to accommodate you.
