We have had two nurses join our staff on a part-time basis in March. Now the clinic looks so small and crowded.

The Easter Bunny came by and could not find space to drop off our new vaccine fridge. So, we decided something needs to be done before Santa is due in December.

We found a particularly promising place just behind the Wendy's outlet. There is a gym on the floor below, so we can feel that we have done some exercise just by coming to work.

It is a short walk from the Family Pharmacy and Labtest, where we can get our health needs met.

It is an even shorter walk from Dakogi Korean Fried Chicken, where we can get our nutritional needs met.

We have signed the lease and once the renovations and Auckland Council consents are complete, we should be moving sometime in June or July.

Watch this space and we will update with further details closer to the moving date.

The clinic website went down over the weekend as the 10 year old web server has finally kicked the bucket.

We are running temporarily off a slower system for the next few days until the new server can be configured.

If you have any issues or problems, please contact reception and we can sort it out manually.

We will be closed on Mar 29 (Fri) to Apr 1 (Mon) including the Saturday in between.

If there are any emergencies, please leave a message on 0204-1435447, and the Easter Bunny will either arrange for a phone consult, or if needed, open the clinic and hand out his stock of Easter Eggs.

There has been feedback from patients about website issues, particularly with getting results and making bookings.

The first step is to register a master account for the website. Initially, this account is empty and you will need to add your family members including yourself to it.

You can search for family members using the last name, date of birth, and the registered email.

If you cannot find the family member or have problems adding to the list, then please send an email to the clinic reception with the names of the family members together with the email under which the master account was registered.

To download results, first select the family member and the time range for the tests. Then press load to retrieve the results.

If you are working on a desktop computer, you can also download a printable PDF file containing the results.

You can register and/or enrol for our clinic online. The enrolment form is available under the 'Services' tab on the left side. You can also do this by coming in person to our clinic reception.

Normally, it will take 2-3 days for us to send the request for medical records to your previous clinic and get a reply. Once the records have been transferred, an email will be sent to update you. If you have made an online account on our website, this will be updated to allow access to the full range of services.

If you expect but do not receive emails from our clinic, please check the 'Spam' or 'Junk Emails' folder on your email software. You can prevent this by marking all emails from 'hillviewmedical.co.nz' as trusted.

We have two new nurses joining us in the month of March. Over the next few months, they will be contacting some of you to come in for free health checks and also to get to know you better.

Our vaccination programme is also starting up and we will be offering the usual immunisations to all. The nurses will contact you when it is time to come in for jabs.

Feedback from patients is that the old enrolment form has a number of bugs and is tedious to fill up.

We have designed a new enrolment form where you can enrol or register an entire family in one go.

On a mobile device, you can use the camera to take photos of any enrolment documents that you want to include.

On a desktop computer, you can upload images of these documents from your local hard drive.

You can add family members and the software will copy the relevant fields over automatically.

Some fields are optional and can be skipped if you do not want to complete them.

If you don't have the enrolment documents on hand, you can still complete the form but will need to bring these documents later.
