Clinic Occupancy
The occupancy chart shows the current booking state of Hillview's clinics. Our quality standard is that we want to keep the waiting time to 24 hours or less. If the waiting time for any of our providers exceeds this for a week (two completely red blocks on the left), we will activate our Panic® Week protocol to bring this down.

NOTICES
The Children’s clinic has been active for the past 6 months and is well-received by parents. Given its success, we are now opening the service to adults and children over 14 years.
This is meant for acute illnesses like coughs, colds, and urine infections, and will be charged as a standard consult. Patients will be seen on the same day but may have to wait a bit. Only a single issue will be handled, and if you request for multiple issues, a second full consultation charge will apply.
